Building a Low Impact Round House with Reciprocal living Green Roof, July 2010

The Round House Workshop is divided in to four sessions each of five days starting on Mondays at 10am and finishing Fridays at about 6pm. The cost of one five day session is £150 which includes a light vegetarian or vegan lunch. If you join for more than one session the cost of each subsequent sessions is £40 less.

One session costs £150, two sessions cost £260, three sessions cost £330 and four sessions, the entire four week workshop, costs £360. You can join the workshop in any session e.g. for £260 you could join session one then explore Poland during week two and return for session three.

The whole family is welcome. If only one person in your group wants to join the Round House Workshop that's OK, the other members of the group are welcome to spend time learning new skills at community workshops or volunteer in the community or just enjoy the countryside. We have arranged a collection of community workshops during the week and weekends. The list of workshops is growing and include felt making with Ula, natural cosmetics with Asia, figure drawing with Inna and learning to milk a cow and make cheese with Oliver. Each of the workshops cost 150 PLN (convert GBP, Euro) and lasts approximately six hours but may be held over several days. Please see the Green Hamlet Calendar for more details. Where can you stay. The workshop includes a light lunch and camping with very basic facilities on Green Hamlet's land. If you would like to experience wonderful Polish country living then stay at Ula's house for 75 PLN per night. Your stay with Ula will include a vegetarian or vegan breakfast and dinner. There are other places to stay if you would like a little more privacy in the evenings. Contact us for details.
