This is Tom's Lodge, a tiny Elizabethan style thatched cottage at Spindle Cottage in Somerset, England. It's one of the many tiny garden homes hand crafted by Alban Bunting for his Grandchildren. 

The garden also includes Ruth’s gothic cottage with a tiny cast iron stove, wooden table, chairs and a dresser and Charlotte’s Post Office, a Victorian shop filled with fruit and vegetables, cakes and tins, a little cash till and a post box.
